Cruise to Holmes: "Why are you hitting yourself?"

I don't know if Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise are sincerely dating, or simply revving up that publicity engine in time for their summer blockbusters. Its weird that they're so... out. Typically, celebrities like to deny they're dating for a solid six months before they appear at an event together. Of course, typically men like to date women who aren't a foot taller than them, so I guess anything's possible. Tom Cruise doesn't play by your rules. He's a Scientologist, after all.

What we do "know" is that (a) Katie and Tom were smacking lips for the Italian press for several days. (b) They returned to Los Angeles and spent the night at Cruise's place. (c) Holmes went shopping the next day and was photographed with these sores/bruises/rash? on her mouth.

Maybe she likes it rough. Maybe Tom's perpin' the herp. Maybe these photos were doctored and everything in the above paragraph was a manipulation of facts by the tabloid media.

I guess I just wanted to make myself feel better by putting bad photos of hot girls on the internet. Remember when Cameron Diaz had acne?!!!!
